About
Medicolab Healthcare Services (formerly MEDICOLAB) stands as a symbol of trust, quality, and excellence in diagnostic healthcare since its inception in 1969. Founded by Late A. Ahamed Makkai, whose distinguished service includes experience at Polyclinic Thrissur and CSIR–National Aerospace Laboratories, Bangalore, MEDICOLAB was established with a vision to bring reliable and advanced diagnostic services to the coastal region.
With the unique distinction of being one of the first diagnostic centres in the coastal belt, MEDICOLAB has grown into a well-recognized and trusted healthcare landmark in Triprayar for over five decades. Notably, it was also the first laboratory in the region to introduce X-ray facilities in the 1980s, bridging a critical healthcare gap for the local population.
